Ayesha is interested in human psychology and how human thoughts impact human behaviour. She has always been in inquiry about the difference between people with apparent disabilities having positive outlook on life and on the other hand people who appear to have everything in their life seems to be unhappy and stressed.

It is definitely not what they have or do not have that makes them happy and fulfilled, it is something beyond the material things that we can see. She has been on this journey to discover inner human power.

On this journey of exploration of human potential she has discovered that it’s the power of the human heart. It is the the inner tone and attitude that has humans be powerful.

Everyone has this heart intelligence waiting to be uncovered. It’s living from the heart that allows you to be powerful in life.

Since she is on this journey to live from the heart and discover her inner strength, she is taking on spreading this knowledge and experience with people around her. She loves to empower people. She loves helping people discover their inner strength.

She has completed her Computer Science Degree from Centennial College – Toronto Canada and working in IT currently as her full-time job. She did her Life Coaching Certification from DiscoverU in 2009 and has been coaching women from around the world since then. She has most recently completed her certification with HeartMath Institute Building Personal Resilience Coach in Summer of 2016.

She is looking to help people be powerful in their life regardless of circumstances and reveal their authentic self by overcoming, stress, anxiety, and feelings of depression or anger.
